GENERAL DISCLAIMERWhile making arrangements with third-party vendors, such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, railroads, car rental agencies, tour operators and consolidators, traveler assistance service providers, insurance providers, and activity suppliers (each a "Travel Supplier") for travel-related services, such as, but not limited to, air transportation, accommodation, and car rental (each a "Service Element"), CallFlightNow does not act as the principal.
By using this Site, you agree that the rates provided by CallFlightNow and affiliated businesses are the product of discussions between CallFlightNow and the Travel Suppliers and include certain costs that the Travel Suppliers retain for their services, taxes, and other expenses. You authorize CallFlightNow and affiliated companies to make reservations or enter into contracts on your behalf with Travel Suppliers for the total price displayed, including such fees and any applicable taxes or charges related to the Travel Supplier's or CallFlightNow's services when you make a booking with any Travel Supplier via this Site.
CallFlightNow shall not be liable for errors or inaccuracies on the Site, or the failure of Travel Suppliers from whom you obtain services through this Site, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, railroads, car rental agencies, tour operators, and consolidators, vacation packages, activities suppliers, traveler assist service providers and insurance providers. CallFlightNow, in providing travel management services, does not endorse, guarantee, or insure the products or services that are provided by an external supplier, the financial position of such suppliers, or the reimbursement to you from any loss as a result of the financial condition of such supplier. The failure of Travel Suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, railroads, car rental companies, tour operators and consolidators, vacation packages, activity suppliers, traveler assistance service providers, and insurance providers, from whom you purchase services through this Site, shall not be held liable by CallFlightNow. In offering travel management services, CallFlightNow does not support, guarantee, or insure the goods or services offered by an external supplier, their financial situation, or their obligation to compensate you for any losses incurred as a result of that supplier's financial condition.
Except as specifically provided below, CallFlightNow disclaims all liability for travel service-related actions that are not within its or its employees' direct control. Injuries, losses, accidents, damage, delays, nonperformance, irregularities, and any other actions or inactions of any Travel Supplier for which CallFlightNow is not held accountable or responsible are not covered under this policy. Any pricing changes, timetable changes, equipment changes, or accommodations for any travel service that take place after the service has been booked and paid for shall not be the responsibility of CallFlightNow. In the event that your travel reservation booked with CallFlightNow is affected by a cancellation, overbooking, delay, re-routing, strike, weather event, or governmental event, CallFlightNow will not be held responsible. The representation of travel goods and services provided by any provider, including but not limited to photos, advertised amenities, ratings, and discounts, is not the responsibility of CallFlightNow.
Retail travel agents, as well as consumers, can benefit from value-added services offered by CallFlightNow. No responsibility is taken by CallFlightNow for the conduct of the providers from whom it purchases travel-related goods or services.
When paying for overseas travel-related goods and services after making a reservation with us, CallFlightNow is not responsible for the final currency conversion or exchange rates. You understand and agree that exchange rates fluctuate and that any pricing listed in local currency on the Site is provided as a suggestion only and is not a contract between you and us or the Travel Supplier.
There may be a fee incurred when canceling or requesting a refund from the provider of travel products and services once certain travel bookings have been made and paid for. Cancellations and refunds may be subject to fees once tickets have been issued.
Although some tickets may have BT (bulk fare) printed on them, others may have a specific value that may be different (lower or greater) than the fare collected. We do not influence the stated prices of the tickets.
Discounts may be different based on the airlines used, the type of service, the location, the time of year (low, mid, or high season), the prior notice given, the minimum stay requirements met, and flight load.
The goods and services of other advertisers that are advertised on our website are not warranted, endorsed, verified, or promoted by CallFlightNow.
By booking with us a contract may be formed between you and a Travel Supplier, and additional Terms & Conditions may apply to your booking and purchase of travel-related goods and services. Please take the time to thoroughly read the extra Terms & Conditions given by that Travel Supplier. You hereby consent to be bound by all Terms & Conditions of Purchase imposed by any Travel Supplier with whom you choose to enter into a contract, including, but not limited to, payment of the amount when due and adherence to the Travel Supplier's rules and restrictions regarding the accessibility and use of fares, goods, or services.
Some travel vendors can ask you to check in with a credit card or cash deposit to cover any extra costs you might incur while staying there or using the reserved goods or services. Such a deposit is unconnected to any payment that CallFlightNow has received for the reservation of your hotel, vehicle, or airline ticket. You recognize that breaking a Travel Supplier's policies could lead to cancellation of your reservation(s), denial of access to the relevant Service Element(s), forfeiture of any payments made for those reservation(s), and/or a charge to your account for any costs we incur as a result of the violation.
Price Drop Assurance is an opt-in service in which you authorize us to look for additional savings on airline ticket(s) that you booked with us, which we then share with you in the form of a CallFlightNow gift card/Voucher.
For 24 hours after you book your ticket(s), we will search your precise itinerary (travel dates, airports, passengers, airlines & flights) to check for extra opportunities to save money on those ticket(s) if you select the Price Drop Assurance service. You authorize us to rebook your ticket(s) for the same exact itinerary that you already purchased if we discover a chance to earn additional savings. The savings will then be given to you in the form of a gift card that can be used to purchase flights with CallFlightNow in the future. We will also retain a portion of the savings as a rebooking fee for providing this service.
Savings are not guaranteed by the Price Drop Assurance program. Your original tickets will remain in effect and we won't be able to provide you with extra benefits if we are unable to uncover appreciable additional discounts on your precise itinerary (usually $30 or more). Price Drop Assurance isn't offered by all airlines or for all itineraries but will be provided if it is available.
Please be advised that you will receive a new confirmation email with a new ticket number(s) for the new tickets that we have provided to you if we reissue your tickets to provide the extra savings as indicated above. We highly advise against purchasing any ancillary services, like seats or pre-paid luggage, from the airline before the 24-hour search time has passed if you sign up for the Price Drop Assurance service.
YOU MUST CALL THE AIRLINE AND ASK THEM TO ASSOCIATE THESE ITEMS WITH YOUR NEW TICKET NUMBER(S), NOT YOUR ORIGINAL ONE(S), IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED ANY ANCILLARY SERVICES, SUCH AS SEATS OR PREPAID BAGS, DIRECTLY FROM THE AIRLINE IN THE INTERIM.
CallFlightNow cannot guarantee that these requests will be complied with as airline regulations may limit the ability to transfer additional services to new tickets or indicate that such items are non-refundable. It should be noted that if you use a debit card for this service, it could take up to five or seven business days for you to get access to the money held for the original ticket's purchase, depending on the issuing bank.
Note that if a refund request is made within 24 hours of booking, the original fare may be eligible for a full refund. Other fees might be refundable in accordance with the initial fee rules.
SIGNING UP FOR PRICE DROP ASSURANCE MEANS THAT YOU AGREE TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND (IF ELIGIBLE) ON THE ORIGINAL TICKET AND ELECT TO APPLY ANY REFUND TO THE PURCHASE OF THE REBOOKED TICKET AND CallFlightNow'S REBOOKING FEE ONCE WE HAVE COMMENCED THE REBOOKING PROCESS. THE REBOOKED TICKET(S) WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE AIRLINE'S RULES AND RESTRICTIONS, AS WELL AS CallFlightNow'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND TO THE SAME EXTENT AS THE ORIGINAL TICKET(S).

You agree and recognize that we may transmit the personal information you submit to a registered credit reference agency, which may keep a record of it in whole or in part, in order to undertake these checks.
You may be sure that this verification process does not do a credit check and will not in any way influence your credit rating. It is just used to confirm and validate your identification. The Data Protection Act of 1998 is strictly followed in the secure processing of every piece of information you give us.
You affirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement, and that you are granted the right to use the Site in compliance with all of its terms and conditions. You agree to let the person(s) for whose benefit you are using this Site and/or making travel reservations and bookings know about the Terms & Conditions that apply to the travel reservations and bookings you have made on their behalf, including all guidelines and limitations that may apply, as well as these Terms & Conditions. You acknowledge that your usage of the Site (and the use of your account by others) is entirely your own financial liability. Any reservations made for travel by individuals who are under your supervision or control are your responsibility. Additionally, you guarantee that all information provided by you, anyone acting on your behalf, or members of your household when using the Site is true, up-to-date, accurate, and complete. Additionally, you attest that the passenger is not an unaccompanied juvenile. Any exploratory, speculative, deceptive, or fraudulent reservation is prohibited, as is any booking made in anticipation of demand.
Whenever you make use of a Site feature that allows you to upload material to the Site, or to make contact with other users of the Site, you must comply with applicable laws and the best standards of internet courtesy and behavior. You undertake that any such contribution does comply with the aforementioned, and you irrevocably undertake to fully indemnify us at all times for any breach of that warranty and undertaking. Any material you upload to the Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary and we have the right to use, copy, store, distribute, and disclose to third parties any such material for any purpose. Otherwise, you and we agree that any disagreement, claim, or controversy between you and us, including our agents or any representatives acting on our behalf, relating to your use of the Site, these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, or our relationship in connection with the Site, these or earlier versions of these Terms & Conditions (each a "Claim"), shall be settled in accordance with one of the following:
GOVERNING LAWS & CLAIMS Excluding provisions of conflict or choice of law, these Terms & Conditions and the rights of the parties hereto shall be governed by and construed in conformity with the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any Claim must be filed within two (2) years of the date it arose or accrued unless otherwise prohibited by relevant law. Residents of New Jersey are not covered by the aforementioned clause.
CLASS, REPRESENTATIVE, AND PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTIONS; WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL.
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT WE ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY BY ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. WE ALL AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE BROUGHT IN THE INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY OF THE PARTIES. WITH REGARD TO THE CLAIMS COVERED BY THIS CLAUSE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THEY ARE SUBJECT TO MANDATORY ARBITRATION OR BROUGHT BEFORE ANY OTHER COURT OR TRIBUNAL, INCLUDING SMALL CLAIMS, AS SET FORTH BELOW, WE ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, MASS, REPRESENTATIVE, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION OR PROCEEDING, OR SIMILAR PROCEEDING. YES, YOU AGREE, AND YOU HAVE KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVED SUCH RIGHTS. A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION MUST DECIDE ANY DISPUTE RELATING TO WHETHER A CLAIM IS BROUGHT AS A CLASS, MASS, REPRESENTATIVE, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION OR PROCEEDING, OR SIMILAR PROCEEDING.
You must first give us a chance to settle any disputes or claims you may have against CallFlightNow by sending a written explanation of your complaint to 1-516-202-5145 or support@callflightnow.com. We both agree to settle your claim in a fair manner. You acknowledge that unless we are unable to resolve your claim directly with us within 60 days of receiving your claim description and you have made a good-faith effort to do so during that period, you may not initiate any arbitration or court proceedings.
We will make good faith efforts to resolve your claim within 60 days, but if we are unable to, either you or we may initiate arbitration or small claims court proceedings.
Except for claims brought on an individual basis and duly filed in a small claims court, disputes must be settled through binding arbitration through AAA.
For small claims court proceedings: If your claim is subject to a small claims court's jurisdiction, either party may elect to file it there rather than in arbitration. Either party may request that a dispute be settled in a small claims court in their county of residence or in the small claims court that is most conveniently located near their place of residence. You may also file a claim in small claims court in New York County, State of New York, USA.
The parties are not required to file with AAA before bringing their claims to small claims court. A party may inform the opposing party and AAA in writing that it prefers the matter be resolved in small claims court after the case has been filed with the AAA, but before the arbitrator has been formally assigned to the case by AAA. When AAA receives this notice, the case will be administratively closed without further investigation. Any disagreement over whether a claim is subject to a small claims court's authority must be settled by that court, not by an arbitrator. In the event of any such dispute, the arbitration action shall not be concluded until the small claims court rules that the claim is outside of its jurisdiction, which may take some time.
Arbitration is less official than a lawsuit in court. Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator rather than a judge or jury, and court review of an arbitration decision is generally limited. Except in the situations described below, a court may award the same damages and relief as an arbitrator. The arbitrator shall apply the Terms & Conditions in the same manner as a court.
The AAA Consumer Due Process Protocol, Statement of Principles, and the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules (the "AAA Rules"), as modified by this Agreement, will govern the arbitration and will be used to administer it. Online at www.adr.org/consumer or by calling AAA at 1-800-778-7879, you can see the AAA Rules and Consumer Due Process Protocol, Statement of Principles.The only cost associated with initiating arbitration shall be US $200; all other costs shall be covered by the Company, with the exception that, in California arbitrations, the arbitrator shall not have the authority to award the prevailing party the costs and solicitors' fees reasonably incurred in connection with the arbitration if the arbitrator finds that the claims were frivolous.
Any arbitration conducted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C., Secs. 1–16, the "FAA"), and any dispute regarding the interpretation of this arbitration clause shall be subject to the FAA, notwithstanding the preceding provision regarding applicable substantive law. The following guidelines must be followed by both AAA and the parties:
(a) A single arbitrator who has been approved by or otherwise connected to AAA will conduct the arbitration;
(b) The party initiating the arbitration may select the manner of the arbitration, including by telephone, online, entirely on the basis of written submissions, or in person;
(c) Notwithstanding the foregoing, if either party requests an in-person hearing:
(i) The arbitrator shall decide whether a hearing is necessary or whether the arbitration should proceed via telephone, online, or solely based on written submissions,
(ii) if the arbitrator deems that a hearing is necessary, the hearing shall occur at a mutually agreed upon location, or, if the parties are unable to agree on a location, at a location that is selected by the arbitrator and is reasonably convenient to all parties, and
(iii) either party may elect to participate in an in-person hearing by phone unless the arbitrator decides otherwise;
(d) The arbitrator is not permitted to:
Except where provided by law, the parties hereby waive all rights to seek any of the following damages: (i) incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including damages for lost profits; or (ii) punitive or exemplary damages;
e) The arbitrator may only provide injunctive or declaratory relief in the party seeking it and only to the degree required to satisfy that party's claim for remedy; and
(f) The arbitrator may not combine more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over a representative or class proceeding unless both parties agree so in writing.
All questions regarding jurisdiction, arbitrability, and the meaning, applicability, formation, existence, validity, scope, or enforceability of this Mandatory Arbitration provision will be decided by the arbitrator. Any claims that the arbitrator determines, if any, are not covered by the terms of this Mandatory Arbitration provision must be filed only in a federal or state court in New York County, State of New York, USA. This Mandatory Arbitration provision shall be void in its entirety if subparagraph (f) above is determined to be unenforceable. Any court with jurisdiction may enter judgment based on the arbitrator's award. This mandatory arbitration clause does not prevent parties from asking a court with the relevant jurisdiction for temporary relief to support arbitration.
You acknowledge that bookings for travel services made on the Site may only be made on your behalf or on behalf of another person for whom you have legal authority to act. You are aware that using the Site's travel service reservation features excessively or inappropriately may result in you being refused access to those services. This website cannot be used for commercial endeavors. You acknowledge that, without our prior consent, you will not use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated device or manual method to access, monitor, or copy any content or data from this Site. You promise not to violate or bypass any robot exclusion headers on this website or any other limitations put in place to prevent or restrict access to it. You hereby agree that you will not alter any information, content, graphics, software, products, or services obtained from or through this Site or contact center, nor will you distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell, or resell the same. You agree not to mirror or copy any part of the Site, nor will you sell, offer for sale, transfer, or license any part of the Site in any way to any third parties. You must not intentionally use the Site improperly by uploading malware, objectionable content, defamatory statements, worms, logic bombs, or other potentially harmful software. You must not try to access the Site, the server where it is housed, or any other server, computer, or database linked to the Site in an illegal manner.
Denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks on the Site are not permitted. As a result of your use of the Site or your downloading of any content posted on it or on any website linked to it, we will not be liable for any loss or damage brought on by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data, or other proprietary material.
For your convenience, our use of the following terms in these Terms & Conditions shall have the meaning below:
"Service Element" - a singular product or service listed on the Site that can be booked independently of any other service. (e.g.: car, hotel, flight).
"Travel Supplier" - a vendor of one or more Service Elements. (e.g.: hotels, car suppliers, airlines). CallFlightNow does not act as a principal but makes arrangements with third-party vendor Travel Suppliers for Service Elements, all as defined above.
"Booking" refers to the negotiating process you engage in with the travel supplier while using this site in order to obtain one or more Service Elements, which could lead to a contract after we receive full payment and accept your offer.
The following actions are taken to finalize a Booking in order to confirm its validity:
We are inviting you to submit an offer for the purchase of the Service Elements when we publish them on our website. This offer is not made until you click "Book" on the payment page of the website, which is labeled "Review Trip Details and Book."
Once you've done that, you've made CallFlightNow an offer to buy the necessary Service Element(s) from the necessary Travel Supplier(s) that cannot be withdrawn if you change your mind (your "Booking"). In our sole discretion, we are free to accept or reject your offer on behalf of the relevant Travel Supplier.
The email confirmation from CallFlightNow is only a notification that we have received your offer and DOES NOT constitute a binding contract accepting the Booking. The availability of the pertinent Service Element(s) will need to be confirmed.
Your Booking will be processed if the pertinent Service Element is available. When complete payment is received, a contract is created for the specific Booking.
Only those Service Elements confirmed by email with ticket numbers in the event of air travel or reservation numbers in the case of hotels, automobiles, or activities will be covered by the contract between you and the applicable Travel Supplier.
Before a contract between you and the travel supplier is formed and a ticket is issued or a reservation is made and confirmed by the travel supplier, the terms of your Booking (such as price, availability, and/or travel dates) are not guaranteed. Please be advised that once you have finished the booking stage, only in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and at our sole discretion, can you cancel or change the particulars of your Booking (such as names or destinations).
Any of the Terms & Conditions listed below for each of our distinct Service Elements will also apply to the Booking procedures. Any area not covered by the Booking process is supplemented by the airline ticket Terms & Conditions, the hotel Terms & Conditions, the vehicle rental Terms & Conditions, and the attractions and services Terms & Conditions. The Booking process is subject to change at any time, with modifications taking effect as of the date they are posted on the Site.
For security checks at airports, hotels, and vehicle rental locations, you must always carry a current, government-issued photo ID. For attractions and other products that the relevant Travel Suppliers deem essential, additional identification may be needed.
For international travel (to the majority of nations outside of the United States), a passport serving as proof of citizenship is also necessary in addition to the previously mentioned government-issued ID. Please be informed that it is entirely your duty to make sure you satisfy the passport, visa, and/or health criteria of the nations you plan to visit as well as those through which you will be traveling (even if it is only for a quick change of aircraft).
Many nations demand that your passport be current for at least a year after the date of your entry. You should get in touch with the relevant local consulate of the country(ies) you are heading to if you have any questions about the minimum term that applies, any other conditions, or passport/visa requirements for travel.
In the event that the aforementioned requirements are not met, you will not be eligible for any reimbursements from CallFlightNow or its affiliates and may be denied boarding, delayed, or deported.
• Depending on where you are going, there can be government entry or exit fees. These will be in addition to your booking fees and are solely your responsibility.
• If your Booking includes more than one passenger, all passengers must travel together on the same itinerary. It is not possible to add or remove certain guests from your booking
• If there are any pricing problems, CallFlightNow reserves the right to notify you and, if necessary, give you the choice to cancel the Booking or give CallFlightNow permission to charge your specified credit or debit card an amount equal to any price increase before you depart.
• Your Booking includes a list of all the Service Elements that are being offered by the various Travel Suppliers.
• There may or may not be frequent flyer miles and/or points available for any portion of your booking. You need to confirm this with the pertinent travel provider.
The names or destinations indicated in your Booking cannot be transferred or changed after you have made it. Unless there are unusual circumstances, your Booking will be completed on the delivery date provided in your ticket information email or, if no delivery date is specified, on the date the ticket is issued.
The terms of each airline's contract of carriage are included in the terms of this agreement by reference. At the airport or city ticket offices of each airline, passengers can read the entire contract of carriage.
The complete text of the contract of carriage may be obtained by passengers without charge by mail or through another delivery service upon request to the airlines. The following provisions could be put into the contract of carriage:
(1) Restrictions on the airline's liability for passenger bodily harm or death, as well as for the loss, destruction, or delay of merchandise and baggage, especially perishable or fragile items;
(2) Restrictions on filing claims, such as deadlines by which customers must do so in order to hold an airline, its employees, or its agents accountable for their actions or inactions;
(3) The airline's rights to modify the terms of the agreement;
(4) Requirements for reservation reconfirmations, check-in timings, and carrying no luggage;
(5) The airline's rights and restrictions on service delays or failures, including schedule changes, the use of other airlines or aircraft, and rerouting.
Unless otherwise specified in your ticket information email or in these Terms & Conditions, our total costs include all relevant taxes and fees for your booking's transportation, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and activities. The relevant Travel Supplier may impose additional fuel surcharges, security fees, baggage fees, seat reservations, hotel incidentals, and other applicable service fees at the time of check-in. Any additional fees owed to the travel supplier in this manner are entirely your responsibility. Please get in touch with the relevant Travel Supplier immediately if you have any inquiries concerning such fees.
The prices listed for the Service Element(s) do not include any of the following: liability insurance, collision damage waiver, personal accident insurance, personal effects protection, drop-off fees, petrol, child safety seats, sky racks, or incidental hotel room charges (telephone, movies, energy surcharges, and any applicable tax increases). All such fees are payable at the automobile rental pick-up location and/or hotel check-in desk.
All additional flight fuel surcharges and other fees that may be imposed from time to time by the applicable travel supplier or authorities are not included in the prices indicated and are your responsibility to pay.
• At the time of booking, payment in full must be made with a legal credit or debit card.
• All popular credit and debit cards with a valid billing address are accepted by CallFlightNow.
• You hereby give CallFlightNow and its authorized third-party permission to charge the full value of your Booking to the credit or debit card you submit to us.
In order to verify authorized card usage and/or to secure any additional costs, the applicable Travel Supplier(s) may request that you show a valid credit or debit card when checking into the hotel and/or picking up your rental car. The owner of the card must be one of the travelers on your Booking.
All offers, prices, and conditions of sale may be subject to:
• change without notice;
• advance purchase, eligibility, seating, or other limitations;
• travel days, dates, minimum or maximum stays, holidays, seasons, blackout dates, stopovers, and/or waitlisting restrictions;
• reservation validation limitations of up to one year (if any extension permitted, penalties/restrictions may apply);
• other conditions/restrictions; and
• availability.
The "Warsaw Convention" rules may apply to your whole trip, including any time spent fully within the country of origin or destination, if your itinerary includes an ultimate destination or stops in a nation other than the one from which you set out. The Warsaw Convention controls and may place restrictions on certain air carriers' liability for passenger fatalities, serious injuries, and/or lost or damaged cargo.
A reservation is not complete until confirmed/ticketed. We confirm with the credit/debit card company that the billing address and credit card verification number you supplied to us are valid and that your debit/charge will be processed in order to protect our consumers. The fare is subject to change until such information is confirmed. If the debit/credit card billing address and/or credit card verification number cannot be verified in a timely manner for any reason, or if a transaction is declined because the credit/debit card has been declined by the issuing bank or a travel provider, we are not liable. We are also not liable for any fare changes or additional fees that may be incurred during our verification process. If the chosen fare is not available, your credit card may have received an approval code. The authorization code may temporarily credit the amount from your bank account if the transaction is not successful.
The provisions of the Montreal Convention and the Warsaw Convention may apply to the entirety of a passenger's journey, including the portion entirely within the country of departure and destination, it is advised before passengers set out on a trip with an ultimate destination or a stop in a nation other than the country of departure. The Conventions set forth the rules and, in most situations, place restrictions on the carriers' duty to passengers for wrongful death or personal harm. The majority of the time, getting insurance from a private company can result in additional protection. Any restrictions on the carrier's responsibility imposed by the Montreal or Warsaw Conventions have no bearing on this insurance. We do not support any of these suppliers and vendors, and we are not liable for the information found on other websites, their privacy policies, or their other business practices. If you choose to access other websites, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for reading their terms and conditions. The majority of our tickets, hotels, automobiles, packages, and cruises do not permit date or name changes after the booking is complete; any and all changes to the itinerary are prohibited and subject to airline fare rules, whichever is more stringent. If the supplier alters the original itinerary at the customer's request or due to supplier schedule changes, CallFlightNow does not guarantee and shall not be held liable for any bookings or reservations made or confirmed to you.
The majority of our plane tickets have no return whatsoever. When an airline permits a cancellation, the traveler may use the credit towards the cost of a future flight on the same airline. Typically, the airline supplier's credit has a set expiration date after which it can no longer be used. We advise you to speak with a customer service representative about any further credit restrictions. Calling our customer service center is the only way to cancel any such reservations where doing so is possible before the first flight segment's planned departure time. We do not provide cancellation guarantees. You must pay the fare difference (if any), any applicable airline fines, and any applicable CallFlightNow post-ticketing fees when you are ready to make your new reservation and want to use your airline credit. Each airline's fare rules, policies, and procedures, which are outside of our control, govern all such changes.
No other representation is made for our exchange fees other than that an agent will help you find the new flights you want and make an effort to rebook them depending on availability and other factors.
Please carefully read the terms and conditions of each airline, which may be found on each one's website if your itinerary contains flights run by more than one. Each of these airlines will have its own limitations, charges, and policies. The customer may be liable for any fees or ticket costs spent for making adjustments to the unaffected flight if one of these flights is affected by an airline change (such as cancellation or rescheduling) that necessitates changing the other journey. For requests for changes, refunds, or swaps, these airlines may impose their own fees. The rules and conditions of each airline, which can vary (for instance, check-in hours and baggage size/weight restrictions), are your responsibility. For all flights, it is advised that you print your departure and return portions of your e-ticket confirmation before leaving. At check-in, you could be requested to show identification or a return ticket.
After 24 hours of booking, the majority of our airline tickets, hotels, pre-paid car rentals, holiday packages, and service fees are non-refundable. Only call cancellations are permitted. Only once the aforementioned requirements have been satisfied will we consider refund requests:
• If the fare rules allow for cancellations and refunds and you have requested one through us;
• You have not been a "no show" (most "no show" reservations are not qualified for any supplier's waiver for processing refunds); and
• In order to complete this requested cancellation and refund, we were able to obtain waivers from the vendors.
We are unable to give a precise time frame for how long it might take to process this requested refund. Refund requests are all handled in a chronological order. After you have given our customer service representative your request to cancel, we will contact you to let you know that we have received it. You are not automatically eligible for a refund based on this notification. You will only receive a tracking number and an acknowledgment of your request as a result of this. When we get your request, we'll work with the suppliers- such as the airlines, hotels, and car rental agencies- to create a waiver based on those rules and let you know what the suppliers decide. The initial travel booking or reservation fees paid to us are not refundable. Please be aware that we rely on our suppliers to provide us with the requested refunds.
It can take some time after the provider has accepted the refund before it appears on your credit card statement. All vendors typically impose a fee for refunds. From the time your request is received until you see a credit on your bill, the full process could take 60 to 90 days. A post-ticketing services fee, if applicable, will be charged by CallFlightNow in addition to the airlines' and other providers' refund penalties. Every refund cost is assessed per passenger and per ticket. Only when the airline/supplier rules allow for such returns, a refund has been authorized by the supplier, or a waiver has been granted, will these costs be applied. We will refund you our post-ticketing service fees relevant to your agent-assisted refund request, but not our booking fees for the initial trip reservation or booking if the supplier does not process the refund.
Although some specific CallFlightNow promo codes may only be used over the phone with our customer service center, CallFlightNow may occasionally issue promo codes that are generally good for online travel bookings and reservations. To receive discount codes by email, we cordially encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter. The value of our service costs is the maximum discount available through any CallFlightNow coupon code. Promo codes for CallFlightNow are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no financial value. A working promo code must be entered in the promo code field on the payment page to be eligible for the discount. The discount cannot be used and has no value if the code is not entered. You have the option to choose not to buy the good or service if the code is not recognized or a coupon link is missing due to technical issues, but under no circumstances will a credit be given after a transaction has been made. Even if the same offers are displayed on other websites, CallFlightNow promo code offers are subject to revision or withdrawal at any time and without prior notice. Other than the option to refuse the purchase, there is no recourse for any technical faults. The promo code expires if the deal is discontinued, and the system and website will no longer accept it when input. You have the option to either continue with your purchase at the original price or to stop at that point because it is final. There will be no credits or reductions issued after the transaction for any reason whatsoever; the final price displayed (with or without the promo code) will be the amount billed/charged. Promo codes for CallFlightNow cannot be used in conjunction with another deal. Even after the booking is made and the booking receipt is given, we reserve the right to refuse any transaction that may have involved a mistake in the value of the promo code.

Promo Code Terms
The discount varies depending on the transaction service fees charged for that ticket or travel reservation, and the value of the discount will be limited to the lesser of the service fees charged for that transaction or the value of the promo code per transaction. FARE CHANGES AND POST PAYMENT PRICE GUARANTEE
If the cost of the airfare or any other factor changes before your form of payment is successfully processed and granted, you may be informed of this change, and only then do you have the option to accept or reject this transaction. You won't be charged if you decide not to go through with the transaction.
Our Post Payment Price Guarantee states that we will honor the entire final quoted price of the airline tickets independent of any changes or fluctuations in the cost of air travel after we have successfully accepted and processed your payment (credit/debit card).
We accept credit and debit cards from the US, Canada, and a number of other nations. Please be aware that your credit/debit card may be charged a number of charges that add up to the final total. We will let you know within 24 hours if your credit/debit card or another form of payment is not processed or approved for any reason (other payment methods may take longer). If the cost of the airfare or any other factor changes before your form of payment is successfully processed and approved, you may be informed of this change, and only then do you have the option to accept or reject this transaction. You won't be charged if you decide not to go through with this purchase. Our Post Payment Price Guarantee states that we will honor the entire final quoted price of the airline tickets independent of any changes or fluctuations in the cost of air travel after we have successfully accepted and processed your payment (credit/debit card). The majority of tickets are electronic (or "e-Tickets"), but paper tickets may be provided for some itineraries if an e-Ticket is not available. All bookings and fares are not guaranteed until ticketed by the supplier. For hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages, bookings are not guaranteed unless you receive a confirmation number by email.
When you submit your credit or debit card for a purchase, we request authorization for the amount of your anticipated transaction (placing a temporary "hold" on the funds). If for some reason we are unable to confirm your booking, you will not be charged and we will request that such hold be released by your credit or debit card bank; until then, funds subject to the hold will not be available to you for other purposes.
If your credit card is declined for any reason, we will notify you within 72 hours. Simply submitting the credit card does not automatically guarantee ticketing.
CallFlightNow uses stringent safety measures for credit card payment processing. Fraudulent transactions, if any, are reported to airport security, airlines, and other federal and state law enforcement.
You agree to be liable for any and all credit card payments and you agree not to dispute charges after the purchase has been made and your tickets and/or other products have been delivered by email confirmation or have been shipped to you. You agree to reimburse CallFlightNow in cases of chargeback or credit card disputes where you have genuinely purchased a service on our website.

CREDIT CARD DECLINES
If your credit card declines at the time of processing your transaction, we will attempt to notify you by email within 72 hours. Please do not create a new booking as we will attempt to process your payment again within 24 hours. The transaction will not be processed if your credit card has been declined. The fare and any other booking details are not guaranteed. If there is a fare change you have a right to cancel the booking at no cost to you. There will be no service fees charged for this.
Your requests for seats, meals, frequent flyer points, and other special considerations are just that—requests. Any service fees we charge for handling these particular requests on your behalf are not refundable for the services provided, and they do not promise a specific outcome. We cannot guarantee that the seat(s) you have requested will be allotted to you. Additionally, we cannot guarantee that the airline will comply with your particular requests for meals, frequent flyer miles, or other items. Therefore, it is advised that you get in touch with your airline immediately to confirm these demands before your departure date.
You must pay any excess baggage charges that each airline levies if you have too much luggage. The majority of airlines now impose baggage fees even for the first bag checked in; to lower these expenses, we advise packing lightly. The cost of checked baggage varies from $15 to $200 or more, depending on the size and weight of the bag. Upon using the service, these fees must be paid directly to the airline. For the most up-to-date luggage policies and fees, we advise you to connect with the airline directly.
You might need to retrieve your bags at the connecting airport and check in again to continue your journey when connecting flights involve two or more carriers. If you have excess baggage in these circumstances, you must pay any excess baggage fees that each airline levies. We advise packing lightly to cut down on these charges because the majority of airlines now impose baggage fees even for the first bag checked in. We may occasionally give you the choice to order airline-optional products and services through us in connection with your ticket(s), including but not limited to pre-reserved seat assignments and checked luggage, depending on the airline(s) operating your flight(s).
The airline(s) will offer you these extra products and services, and you will have to pay for them separately from your airfare, in accordance with each airline's terms of service and availability. Any service costs we charge for requesting these extra services and goods on your behalf are not refundable for the services provided, and we cannot guarantee that the airline(s) will comply with our requests.
We highly advise you to look into any limitations the airline(s) operating your flight(s) may have in relation to the optional products and services that you order through us.
You acknowledge that with respect to any airline's optional services and goods, we are acting as a marketing agent only. You acknowledge that the total amount we will ever be liable to you for will never exceed the price you paid for any optional services or goods that you request through us. To address any concerns you may have about the use and accessibility of any such optional services and goods, we strongly advise you to get in touch with the operating carrier.
Airline Policy on Schedule Changes:
We have no control over the different rules and policies that each airline has regarding alterations to the schedule.
Changes are frequently made to the flights that are currently being operated due to the operational requirements of each airline. These adjustments may reflect same-day changes as well as predictions of travel requirements for future dates. Types of changes may include- flight number changes, time changes, routing, date changes, and or cancellations. Cancellations include when an airline has stopped or temporarily canceled service to certain cities, or stopped service on certain days of the week.
Cancellations:
Cancellations or alterations to the timetable may occur for the following reasons:
• Peak or high traffic periods,
• low travel periods,
• changes to airport gates or terminals,
• fuel prices,
• civil turmoil, and
• bankruptcy.
Due to any scheduled changes made by the airlines, CallFlightNow disclaims all responsibility for flights that are canceled, missed, or fail to connect.
Scheduled Changes Policy:We make every attempt to notify our customers of any kind of scheduled changes. It is recommended that the customer contacts the airline directly before 72 hours of departure to reconfirm the flight itinerary.
Airline-Initiated Schedule Change(s):Due to a multitude of factors, including changes in travel time, layover time, travel date, aircraft number, terminal modifications, etc., airlines may make unintentional schedule changes. We have no influence over these modifications because they are made by the airline. Some of these adjustments might be made at the last minute or even while you're traveling.
You won't be charged any change fees or price variations if your airline alters the itinerary of your flight.
Low-Cost Carriers (LCCs)Please get in touch with your airline directly if you purchased your travel through an LCC like Frontier or Spirit. Any adjustments to LCC reservations cannot be made by our agents.
Please follow these instructions if you have two one-way tickets and one of your travel flights is operated by an LCC and the LCC requested a change to that flight:
To make changes to the booking, you must speak with the LCC directly.
If you need to make any more adjustments to the non-LCC portion of your trip after your changes have been confirmed with the LCC, please get in touch with us.
Full-Service CarrierWhen a full-service carrier has a schedule change, we will closely coordinate with the airline to offer you a replacement flight option that is as close as possible to your original flight time. We'll get in touch with you when we have a flight choice. Some adjustments to your calendar don't require any action from you. In other cases, you may need to take action, depending on the type of airline schedule change notification you receive from us and/or the airline.
Prior to DepartureWithin 4 hours of your original travel times, if an airline changes any of its flights, we'll email you to let you know. If we are unable to reach you, we will make an effort to contact you through other means you have given us, but in that case, our email will be the only communication we have with you. Tickets will continue to be non-refundable for all such changes made during a 4-hour window. Even if the schedule changes extend longer than four hours, some ticket types may not be refunded. Due to any scheduled changes made by the airlines, CallFlightNow disclaims all responsibility for flights that are canceled, missed, or fail to connect.
Date of DepartureIf you have already arrived at the airport you will need to speak with an agent at the airline counter. During severe weather, options may be limited and although it is sunny where you are there may be bad weather at your destination or connection cities. You should always check the airlines' website and weather channels for airport updates. It is highly recommended that you contact the airline directly, if it is the date of departure.
Customers ObligationsCustomers should always check in on their flights with the airlines 24 to 72 hours before departure, especially if they are already on the road. You should routinely check your email for updates on flight schedules and reply as soon as possible.
Customer NotificationDepending on the date of departure and the timing of the airline's change, we'll make at least one call and try to send an email. You risk missing your flights, losing the value of your tickets, and maybe having your travel delayed by one or two days or even a few weeks until the airline can accommodate you if you don't get in touch with CallFlightNow or the airline before you leave.
Services ProvidedOnce you've gotten in touch with CallFlightNow, we'll contact the airline on your behalf and work to find a solution. The sole option in some situations might be to cancel the flight and receive a refund.
If a customer doesn't follow through on their commitment, they risk missing their flight or losing the value of their reservation, and alternative arrangements might not be possible.
We shall use every effort to persuade the aforementioned airlines to once again defend the customer. In the end, it is up to the relevant airline(s). We will ask for a refund if the airline is unable to re-protect the passenger.
If a flight is canceled, CallFlightNow will make an effort to get in touch with the airline, look for alternate flights, and/or talk about refund options.
There is a minor possibility that a seat won't be available on a flight for which a customer has a confirmed reservation because airline flights can be overbooked. Each airline has its own rules for dealing with such scenarios, which are contained in the airline’s contract of carriage. Check with the airline for details.
For minors 16 to 18 (the exact age varies by carrier) flying unaccompanied, each airline establishes its own rules and standards. The following elements are subject to change at any time, so please verify directly with the airline regarding unaccompanied minor age limits, restrictions, and fees:
• Unaccompanied minors may not be permitted to fly on some carriers without an adult.
• Unaccompanied minors may only fly on nonstop flights with some airlines.
• When two or more accompanied minors travel together, anyone under the age of 18 is not considered an adult.
• At check-in, many airlines may ask for additional payments.
To find out what is required for unaccompanied minors traveling alone, you must contact the airline directly.
All clients are urged to confirm their travel documentation (transit visas/entry visas) for the nation they are entering or transiting through. You can obtain trustworthy information about international travel at www.travel.state.gov as well as from the consulate or embassy of the nation(s) you are visiting or passing through. If you are refused entry or transit into a country because suitable travel documents are not available, CallFlightNow will not be held liable.
Entry into the target country is not guaranteed by your purchase with CallFlightNow.
CallFlightNow takes no responsibility for determining a passenger's eligibility to enter or transit through a certain nation. If any information is provided by CallFlightNow personnel, it must be confirmed with the relevant government authorities. Such information does not indicate liability on the part of CallFlightNow.
All flights should be confirmed directly with the airline as there may be last-minute itinerary changes. Domestic flights must be reconfirmed at least 24 hours before departure, and international flights must be reconfirmed at least 72 hours before departure. Upgrades and standbys are typically not permitted. Upgrades and standby are solely the responsibility of the individual carriers. Many of our discounted tickets do not allow for the accumulation of frequent flyer miles. All requests for seats will be forwarded to the airlines. Please be aware that not all seat requests can be fulfilled. If you need immediate seat confirmation or have any specific needs, such as "stretcher assistance" or "wheelchair," please call the airline directly. We have the right to cancel requests for travel to embargoed US government destinations. When departing from international destinations such as Mexico, the Caribbean, the United Kingdom, and Australia, a passenger duty or departure tax may be levied. These are airport-based local government taxes that are not included in the initial ticket price.
If any of our agents make a mistake during the booking process, we will make sufficient attempts to correct the issue as soon as possible. CallFlightNow is dedicated to paying compensation up to a maximum of the total service fees earned for that booking, as well as a $20 coupon redeemable for future purchases from CallFlightNow within 12 months. You must report errors to us within 24 hours of obtaining your itinerary. CallFlightNow will not be held liable for these inaccuracies beyond 24 hours.
It is the duty of the traveler who has booked with us online or directly with a customer service representative to examine and reconfirm names, dates, flight numbers, airlines, and routing, including any airport changes. If you detect a discrepancy in your itinerary, you must notify a CallFlightNow customer service employee within 4 hours of the booking being completed. If you do not contact us by phone within 4 hours of completing the booking, we will consider the booking to be acceptable to you and will not accept responsibility for any discrepancy in your booking. You are asked to review and save the itinerary.
The transport of dangerous items aboard aircraft in your luggage or on your person is prohibited by federal law. A violation can result in five years in jail and fines of up to $250,000 (49 U.S.C. 5124). Explosives, pressurized gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives, and radioactive compounds are examples of hazardous materials. Paints, lighter fluids, explosives, tear gases, oxygen bottles, and radio-pharmaceuticals are among the examples. Small quantities (up to 70 ounces total) of medicinal and toiletry items carried in your luggage and some smoking materials carried on your person are exempt. Contact your airlines directly for more accurate information.
Some destination countries may require the air carrier or foreign air carrier to treat an aircraft passenger cabin with insecticides prior to the flight or to apply an aerosol insecticide in an aircraft cabin used for such a flight when the cabin is occupied with passengers. Additional information can be obtained from the U.S. Department of Transportation.
Photos of the hotel and information provided regarding the service, amenities, products, etc. have been provided to us by the supplier. CallFlightNow assumes no responsibility for changes that have not been updated by the supplier. Unless otherwise specified by the hotel, particular features such as bedding type or non-smoking rooms are simply requests and are not guaranteed. While most hotels will make every effort to accommodate your demands, neither CallFlightNow nor the hotel can guarantee that your request will be met. Corporate, Government (including Military), AAA, or AARP membership are required for some rates. These rates will necessitate the presentation of identification at the time of check-in to demonstrate your eligibility. If you do not qualify or do not have valid identification, hotel properties are not required to respect these rates. There will be no refunds for unused accommodation nights due to early departures. Some hotels provide an Airport Shuttle as an additional service. You should always contact the hotel ahead of time to confirm availability and pricing. Booking bonuses such as complimentary breakfast, tours, and so on are all subject to change and availability and are regulated directly by the hotel.
Pet Policies:It is essential that you confirm directly with the hotel that they welcome pets. CallFlightNow has no responsibility for a property's pet policy. You must contact the hotel directly to confirm pet regulations, including fees and breed and size limitations.
Pre-Paid Reservations:When you book a prepaid reservation, your credit card will be debited. This charge includes the Full Base Amount (room only) of the reservation. Resort fees, energy surcharges, and cleaning fees may be charged on a daily basis. They will also charge for incidentals like meals, movies, games, a wet bar, parking, and phone calls. Rates are only guaranteed when you book.
Pre-Paid Booking Vouchers:Some hotels will demand a voucher upon check-in. CallFlightNow will send the voucher to the email address you provided when making your ticket. It is always a good idea to have a copy of your email confirmation with you at the check-in.
Meal Plans:Meal Plans are the dining arrangements you selected for your hotel stay. For example, you may have selected a hotel that prepares all of your meals and includes them in the price. Alternatively, you may have chosen an apartment with kitchen amenities, which means you prepare your own meals. The following are the definitions and abbreviations for Meal Plans:
Room Only (RO) indicates that no meals are included in the price of your accommodation/vacation package.
Self-cooking (SC) indicates that no meals are included in the price of your housing/vacation package, but you will have cooking facilities on your property to prepare light meals.
Bed and Breakfast (BB) indicates that breakfast is included in the cost of your accommodation/vacation package.
Half Board (HB) refers to the idea that your breakfast and evening meal are included in the price of your accommodation/vacation package. In some situations, you can choose lunch instead of breakfast; the hotel will confirm this upon your arrival.
Full Board (FB) iindicates that breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all included in the cost of your accommodation/vacation package.
All-Inclusive (AI) means that all meals and locally-made beverages are included (until midnight, when a cash bar system may be available). This may differ based on the type of accommodation). Your hotel may also provide entertainment and non-motorized water sports for you.
The supplier gave us photos of the hotel as well as information on the service, amenities, products, and so on. CallFlightNow takes NO RESPONSIBILITY for any modifications that have not been updated by the supplier.
Unless otherwise specified by the hotel, specific characteristics such as bedding type or non-smoking rooms are simply requests and are not guaranteed. While most hotels will make every effort to accommodate your demands, neither CallFlightNow nor the hotel can guarantee that your request will be met.
Pet Policies: It is critical that you confirm directly with the hotel that they welcome pets. CallFlightNow takes NO RESPONSIBILITY for the pet policies of particular properties. You must contact the hotel directly to confirm pet regulations, including fees and breed and size limitations.

Booking bonuses such as complimentary breakfast, tours, and so on are all subject to change and availability and are regulated directly by the hotel.
Hotel Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds:Any changes or cancellations should be requested by calling a CallFlightNow customer service representative.
No-Show Policy:A No-Show occurs when you fail to appear for your reservation's check-in without prior notification. If you are unable to check in for your reservation, you must contact the hotel directly. Depending on the hotel's policies, you may be charged penalties or forfeit your full pre-paid or deposit amount.
Hotel Confirmation:A confirmation number may take up to 24 hours to be returned by hotels. The procedure begins when you book a hotel through our website. We will send you an email once your reservation has been confirmed. This is to inform you that your request has been received. If you do not get any email correspondence from CallFlightNow, please email support@callflightnow.com with the confirmation number and a phone number where you can be reached. We recommend that you reconfirm your hotel reservation 24 hours before check-in.
Many hotels will not get the guest's name until 72 hours before arrival. Once you receive the final confirmation email and/or voucher, your reservation is secure and guaranteed. We recommend contacting the resort three (3) days before your intended arrival date to confirm your details.
All About Changes, Cancellations, and RefundsAny adjustments or cancellations must be handled through customer care.
We understand that plans can change. Additional cancellation and change policies are listed below. Some policies may differ depending on the property:
• Many hotels may adjust their cancellation policy for high-demand special events (such as the Super Bowl, Olympics, or New Year's Eve in Times Square) or peak seasonal periods.
• Cancellations or changes to reservations may be subject to CallFlightNow cancellation fees in addition to property fees.
• Date changes, room reductions, and other changes are subject to fees based on the hotel's policies.
• There are no credits available for unused accommodation nights due to early departures.
• Stay extensions necessitate the setting up of a new reservation. The original room rate cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds for early departures, no-shows, or cancellations are solely at the discretion of CallFlightNow and its hotel partners. We reserve the right to seek full indemnification from you for any loss, costs, damages, penalties, or expenditures incurred as a result of any cancellation for any reason.
If you have any problems during check-in or check-out, you must contact CallFlightNow. Many problems can be fixed with a simple phone call.
Payment, Taxes, and FeesThe charge to your debit or credit card for facilitating your hotel booking will include a charge for taxes and fees. This charge includes an estimate of the amount we paid to the hotel in connection with your reservation for taxes owed by the hotel, such as sales and use tax, occupancy tax, room tax, excise tax, value-added tax, and/or other similar taxes. In some areas, the tax amount may additionally include government-imposed service fees or other taxes that are not paid directly to the taxing authorities but must be collected by the hotel per law. The amount you pay to the hotel for taxes in connection with your reservation may differ from the amount we estimate and include in the charge to you. The rest of the tax and fee charge is a fee we keep as part of our compensation for our services. The charge for taxes and fees varies depending on a variety of factors, including the amount we pay the hotel and the location of the hotel where you will be staying, and will include profit that we retain.
CallFlightNow will impose booking service fees of up to $40 per room per night for new reservations. All CallFlightNow hotel reservation booking fees are non-refundable for changes/cancellations/refunds of hotel reservations. CallFlightNow will assess a service fee of up to $25 per night, in addition to any supplier penalty fees.
Except as specified below, we are not the vendor who collects and remits taxes to the appropriate taxation authorities. As vendors, our hotel suppliers include any applicable taxes in the amount billed to us, and we pay such amounts directly to the vendors. We are not affiliated with the vendor through whom we book or reserve your travel plans. Taxability, the relevant tax rate, and the types of taxes that apply vary substantially by location. The charge to your debit or credit card for taxes and fees for transactions involving hotels situated in certain jurisdictions includes a payment of tax that we are required to collect and return to the jurisdiction for tax due on funds we retain as compensation for our services.
Currency conversions are based on estimated exchange rates at the time of booking and should only be used as a guide. These are the estimated base room charges. Individual hotels take payment for per-night room tax, resort fees, and cleaning costs, which can be accessed daily. They will also charge for incidentals like meals, movies, games, a wet bar, parking, and phone calls.
The Vacation Package Terms & Conditions contained under these CallFlightNow Terms & Conditions take precedence over any individual product's Terms & Conditions. The Airline Ticket Terms & Conditions, Hotel Terms & Conditions, Car Rental Terms & Conditions, and Attractions and Services Terms & Conditions complement the Vacation Package Terms & Conditions in any area not covered by the Vacation Package Terms & Conditions. CallFlightNow maintains the right, at any time and without notice, to amend the CallFlightNow Vacation Package Terms & Conditions. If the CallFlightNow Vacation Package Terms & Conditions change, the updated conditions will take effect on the date they are posted on this Site. The changed Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to change and cancellation rules, as described below, shall take precedence over any previously published and conflicting relevant policies and Terms and Conditions to any individual travel product included in the Vacation Package.

At the time of booking, your credit card will be charged in full for your CallFlightNow vacation package. No component of the vacation package (such as pricing, availability, and/or travel dates) is guaranteed until the complete Vacation Package is paid in full.
PAYMENT IN FULL CONSTITUTES FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE CallFlightNow VACATION PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS
International travel requires a government-issued ID and proof of citizenship (for all nations other than the United States of America). It is your exclusive duty to supply the necessary documentation. Transit visas may be required. If you have any questions, please contact the corresponding local consulate of the countries to which you are traveling. At all times during the trip, a government-issued photo ID is required for security checks at airports, hotels, car rental pickups, attractions, and other travel-related products as determined by suppliers.
For overseas travel, Americans must have a valid passport.
If you travel with incorrect travel documents, you will not be entitled to any refunds, resulting in denied boarding, delayed travel, or unused portions of your CallFlightNow holiday package.
If there are many travelers on a single booking record, they must all travel on the same itinerary. Individual travelers cannot be added to or removed from any CallFlightNow Vacation Package once they have been booked.
No name changes are authorized. After completion, your reservations cannot be transferred or adjusted to another name or destination.
Cancellation by SuppliersThe airline, hotel, rental car company, and other travel service providers (each a "Travel Supplier") offer each component of your CallFlightNow Vacation Package. If a Travel Supplier cancels a portion of your Vacation Package, we will make every effort to find alternative arrangements at your request. However, if the Travel Supplier fails to meet its responsibilities, we will not be liable for the Travel Supplier's performance and/or the repayment of money paid by you (and/or any incidental, consequential, or other damages). We take no liability for information provided by other parties.
Any component of a Vacation Package may or may not be eligible for frequent traveler points and/or miles. Special requests are simply that: requests. We will make every effort to forward any reasonable requests to the Travel Supplier; however, we cannot promise that your specific request will be met.
Pricing, Taxes/Fees, and Payment:CallFlightNow will charge service fees of $50 per passenger, per ticket for flight bookings, $40 per room per night for hotel bookings, and up to $40 for vehicle rental bookings for new reservations.
Prices and availability are only valid in connection with a whole vacation package and do not apply to any single component thereof. CallFlightNow is unable to provide you with a breakdown of the cost for each component of your Vacation Package booking owing to contractual limitations.
Prices include all taxes and fees for your trip package's airfare, hotel accommodations, vehicle rentals, and activities. Additional fuel, security, baggage, seat reservation, incidental accommodation charges, and other applicable service surcharges may apply and will be paid by the right travel supplier at the time of check-in. Any additional surcharges imposed by the Travel Supplier are exclusively your responsibility; if you have any issues regarding such surcharges, please contact the Travel Supplier directly. Depending on your destination, government entry/exit fees may apply.
Prices do not include personal accident insurance, liability insurance, collision damage waiver, personal effects protection, drop-off charges, petrol, child safety seats, sky racks, or incidental hotel room charges (telephone, movies, energy surcharges, and any applicable tax increases). All such fees must be paid at the car rental pick-up location and/or the hotel check-in counter.
At the time of booking, payment must be paid in full with a valid credit card. CallFlightNow accepts all major credit cards with a confirmed billing address in the United States or Canada.
You authorize CallFlightNow and its authorized third party to charge the amount of the vacation package booking to the credit card you provided.
Travel Suppliers require a valid credit card to be presented at the time of check-in at the hotel and/or at the car rental company's pick-up location. This is done to validate authorized card usage and/or secure any further costs. The cardholder must be a traveler listed on the booking.
Debit cards may not be accepted by some Travel Suppliers. Check directly with the Travel Supplier prior to arrival.
Vacation Package Changes, Cancellation and Refunds: To change or cancel any CallFlightNow holiday package bookings, phone CallFlightNow prior to departure.
When you book a package, some or all of its elements may be non-refundable. Packages can only be canceled in accordance with the cancellation policies of the individual travel product components that comprise the package.
If there are many travelers on a single booking record, they must all travel on the same itinerary. Individual travelers cannot be added to or removed from any CallFlightNow vacation package after they have been booked. You agree to pay any cancellation penalties charged by CallFlightNow and travel suppliers for airline tickets, hotel reservations, car rental bookings, and other travel services.
Certain Travel Suppliers may not allow partial changes or cancellations to one product component of the package. In this case, all components such as air, car, and hotel must be replaced simultaneously. You can get more information about your package from a CallFlightNow customer care expert.
No changes are permitted once your trip has begun, and no refunds will be issued for early check-out and/or car rental return, and/or for any unused component of the vacation package.
If a vacation package allows changes or cancellations, CallFlightNow's service fee for processing such changes or cancellations will be $75 per passenger, per ticket for flights, $25 per room per night for hotel bookings, and $15 for car bookings, in addition to any fare difference and any applicable Travel Supplier fees.
Cancellation and Refund:If a portion of your holiday package is refundable, you will be repaid the refundable portion less any cancellation fees. Any unused or partially used components of the vacation package will not be refunded.
Flight Component Policies:Airline Ticket Terms & Conditions include various rules and restrictions that apply to your airline ticket(s).
• Any and all modifications are subject to Travel Suppliers' availability, constraints, and restrictions (availability may be severely limited during busy travel seasons).
• Most airline tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
• The cities of origin and destination for any CallFlightNow trip package cannot be changed.
• The number of travelers cannot be changed.
Hotel Component Policies:Hotel Terms & Conditions detail the regulations and restrictions that apply to your hotel booking.
Hotel properties cannot be changed, but room category changes may be permitted in some situations. Inquire with CallFlightNow about such modifications.
Once your reservation is confirmed at a hotel, it may be non-refundable in its entirety. Check the hotel's cancellation/change policy before making a reservation.

If your plans change, please contact your insurance provider to ensure that your policy's coverage is adequate.
